Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in line with UK and EU consumer law.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • Items that show signs of fitting, use, damage, or alteration simply can't be accepted.
  • Customised or paint-matched items are not eligible for return unless defective, as they are made specifically for you.

2. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before shipping.
  • Once your order has shipped, standard returns rules apply (see section 1).

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or sent in error.
  • We reserve the right to issue a replacement product instead of a refund in the event of a credible product defect.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you believe your item is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs and a description.
  • All claims will be reviewed — if verified, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost.
  • We reserve the right to deny claims that cannot be substantiated.

5. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

To protect against fraudulent or abusive claims:

  • All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
  • If a returned item does not match the original product shipped, or is damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation, the return will be rejected and no refund issued.
  • We may refuse service to individuals with repeated or suspicious return/refund activity.
