About Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order with Kiku Designed Elements, you are reserving a product before it is available for general shipment. Pre-orders allow us to deliver our newest designs to early customers and help ensure you receive your product as soon as production is complete.

Payment

  • Payment is taken at the time of checkout for all pre-orders.
  • Pre-orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Estimated Shipping Dates

  • Estimated shipping windows are provided on the product page
  • These dates are estimates only and may change due to production or supply-chain factors.
  • Customers will be notified by email if delays occur.

Product Development & Early Features

Our pre-order items represent the newest Kiku design features. While all products are tested before shipping, we cannot guarantee that every minor issue or quirk has been fully resolved at this earlier stage.

  • If a credible defect or issue is identified, we will replace the product with an updated version at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before your order ships.
  • Once your order has shipped, our standard Returns & Refund Policy applies.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • For customers outside the UK, orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or handling fees. - These shouldn't cause you issues though.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated.

  • Products being part of an early production run which may carry minor quirks,
